Buying a product from Swedish Collar, you agree to use the collar in a respectful and beautiful way. The Collar should bring out the best of you and anyone close to it. Swedish Collar declines any involvement with violence using this collar. Listen and respect each other fully. Treat and use the collar what it is designed for and enjoy being the owner.
The locking mechanism includes one moving part. Compared to a pad lock, the locking mechanism of the collar has got far less moving parts, which is then more reliable. However, it is always on your own risk to lock the collar around your neck or anyone’s neck. Always make sure to test the locking mechanism before using it on a person. If there is any doubt that the locking mechanism does not work properly, do not lock the collar around your neck or anyone’s neck. Do not in any way try to modify or change the locking mechanism. If there is any dirt/sand should have entered behind the locking plate, do not use the collar without making sure that the locking mechanism works properly. The products from SwedishCollar consist only non-corrosive parts.

The following terms apply to all orders made by the customer at SwedishCollar (hereafter “us”, “we” or “Onetwentysix”) via www.swedishcollar.com.
When you complete an order, you enter into an agreement between you and Onetwentysix, which applies to your order, which includes any questions or disputes that arise as a result of your order. The version of the terms and conditions that apply to your order is the version that is available at www.swedishcollar.com at the time you execute your order. Once we have received your order, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you used when you made your purchase. Therefore, be sure to specify the correct e-mail address as the confirmation may be needed in the event of any future contact with us. We kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible in the event that the confirmation does not reach you.
We only include agreements with adult persons (18 years).
Prices
Prices on the page are shown in EURO including VAT. In the final step of the order you will see amounts to be paid with VAT included, before confirming your order. In the shopping cart, and before you complete your order, you also see what the shipping cost is.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if technical errors have occurred. We reserve the right to price changes from time to time without prior notice. The price that applies to your purchase is the price available at www.swedishcollar.com at the time you make your order.
Shipping
The shipping cost is dependent on the weight of what you have ordered. Onetwentysix uses PostNord AB or DHL as a supplier for delivery of orders. PostNord is usually used within Scandinavia and DHL to the rest of the world. Any custom fee for the product to enter the country is paid by the customer.
Delivery time
The following delivery terms apply for deliveries:
Both PostNord AB and DHL always try to deliver in the most environmentally friendly way possible. Only after that speed is important. We hope that our customers will appreciate this as the products that we sell are meant to be for a very long time.
We always strive to deliver our goods within specified time frames, but delays can occur in the event of unexpected events. In case of any delays, the customer is contacted as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail, whereupon a new delivery time is determined. Order with delivery method postal package that is not collected within 14 days is returned to us. If the item is not picked up in time, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Onetwentysix stands for transport risk when the goods are delivered to you. However, the customer stands for the transport risk when the goods are returned to us, in case a return of goods is necessary.
Personal data
Onetwentysix AB is the personal data controller for the personal data collected in connection with your order. When shopping with us, you enter personal information such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. This is information we need to be able to deliver the order to you, but also to handle any complaints cases and administer later orders. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery and invoice address is correct. As a customer you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. You also have the right, on request, to have your data corrected or deleted. If you wish to receive such information, please contact us at info@swedishcollar.com. The personal data are not disclosed to third parties except for collection cases and to partners in order to manage your order.
Payments
Your order will be confirmed when a purchase is completed. Should your payment fail, you have the opportunity to test again. At present, it is possible to pay with the help of PAYPAL and Stripe. More payment options will be added in the future.
Cancellation
You have the option of cancelling your goods until the delivery has begun, which is done by sending us an email to info@swedishcollar.com. Once the delivery has begun, you can no longer cancel the delivery.
Returns, right of withdrawal and complaints
Returns and cancellation rights: When you shop at SwedishCollar you have the right to exchange collars to the right fit if you have placed an order for a standard size. You are welcome to exchange one standard size for another standard size. It might be possible that your required size is not available in stock and then you need to wait for the new size to be produced. When exchanging a collar for a new size or new model we will charge the customer for the shipping costs.
However, we always strive to minimize the amount of transport and we hope that you as a customer think the same. Please ask us, for example, about size advice before ordering an item so that it is likely that we get it right from the start.
Should you nevertheless regret a purchase, we cannot guarantee that is possible to be fully refunded. If you have ordered a standard size we will try our very best to help you return the product and to refund you fully even though we do not need to do that.
For environmental reasons, we want you to use the packaging that protected the goods, provided that it is intact. Do not ship products back to us without informing us via: info@swedishcollar.com.
When returning goods that have been handled to a greater extent than has been necessary to determine the product’s properties and function, the customer replaces us for the possible decrease in value that has arisen. The scope of the reduction in value is determined by Onetwentysix AB.
Complaint: If you advertise your product because of an injury or misproduction, we will make a manual assessment and possibly request the product back if necessary. The first commitment on a complaint is to fix the error. If this does not happen and the complaint is approved, we will replace you with a new product. Hopefully we have your product in stock for immediate delivery, but if not, there might be additional delivery time to get the product to you. If we are not able to replace you with a similar product, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and get the money refunded. Refund is normally made within 14 working days from the time we received and approved your return. We can only make repayments in the same way and to the same account used at the time of purchase.

Dispute
Complaints or comments regarding Swedish Collar’s services or products should be notified to Onetwentysix Innovation & design AB via e-mail info@swedishcollar.com or by phone +46 725 88 80 85. If you are not satisfied with our handling of your case, you are welcome to contact your Local Consumer Counselor or the Public Procurement Board (ARN), www.arn.se or Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We always follow ARN’s recommendations. You can also use the complaint web platform available on the EU Commission website: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
We do not undertake to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, but will take a final stand on this issue in any dispute arising.
Klausurer’s validity
In the event that any part of these terms and conditions is declared void or void by a court or supervisory authority, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
Force majeure
Through these conditions, Onetwentysix AB is exempted from liability for damages or delays that are due to circumstances beyond our control. Examples of such circumstances are floods, fires, interruptions in work, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, bad transport and weather conditions and the like.
